This worship song was played at Ludivine’s church’s worship night and it was so fun to sing! It’s stuck in my head. It may seem a little cheesy but it’s so full of joy! Everyone was dancing around worshiping the Lord in French and it was amazing! :)
C. S. Lewis, who was a very wise man, in The Four Loves.
My sister sent me this quote, and it’s something that I really need to hear.
“Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:39, AMP).
Isn’t it wonderful to know that nothing can separate us from the Love of God? His love is truly amazing. It goes beyond any human love we could ever know. There’s nothing we can do to make Him love us more, and there is nothing we can do to make Him love us any less. His love is everlasting.
Oftentimes, when people make mistakes or feel that they have disappointed God, they think they have to stay away from Him until they “get their act together” so to speak. But nothing could be further from the truth! He’s always there with open arms, ready to receive you and make you new. Remember, God’s not mad at you; He’s madly in love with you! You are on His mind day and night. His thoughts are precious towards you.
If there is anything in your life that is keeping you from receiving His amazing love, choose to set those things aside today. Let His love restore you and make you new. Simply come to Him with an open heart and receive everything He has in store for you

I am so blessed to have been a part of the Reality SB church community for the past 4 years and to have watched the Merricks walk through this process with Daisy. I am so glad she is without pain and with the Lord. And I believe the Merricks handled this whole situation the best I have ever seen. They are so true to the Lord and so steadfast through it all and they are great examples to the world on how to love the Lord through anything, even horrible situations, God is still and always good. Please read Daisy’s story. You will most certainly learn something as I have these past couple of years hearing her story. I can’t wait to meet Daisy in heaven. She was an absolutely incredible child and lover of the Lord! I don’t even know what else to say, but I am so touched by her story and am so moved by Daisy, the Merricks, and their story.
When Sparrows Fall
10 months ago, 3 days before Easter, my 8-year-old daughter Daisy Love was diagnosed with cancer for the 3rd time.
6 weeks ago she was diagnosed for a 4th time… now with 2 inoperable tumors. Since then we have spent 35 days in the hospital and she has had another round of chemo
In total it has been 3 years and 4 months that we have been fighting cancer with Daisy (almost 30 rounds of chemo—6 major surgeries).
The last 10 months have been the most difficult time of our lives… so much has happened AND we have experienced so much of God’s presence and grace.
I know I haven’t updated in SO long, but it’s because GREAT exciting things have been happening!
Christmas was good, hard to be away from my family, but good to be with my family here. It was nice to have a vacation. And then came CNA, our winter conference with all of AGAPE (CRU) in France. It was AMAZING to see movements across France with awesome students who are on fire for the Lord and wanting to be involved. It got me excited knowing that one day Paris could be like that. I just had so much fun! And got to know the STINT team in Montpellier so much better which was such a joy! We even got to visit them after CNA for two days in the beautiful Montpellier (in the south of France) which reminded me a lot of Santa Barbara (I got to go to the BEACH!!). It was such a lovely last three weeks! I had really great times with the Lord and am feeling more connected to Him than ever and really excited for my future!
However last wednesday I woke up with a really bad flu, 102 degree fever, bed ridden until yesterday. Praise the Lord I am finally healed! But it was not an enjoyable time being so sick. I am feeling better now, which is so great and I am so thankful for that!
I will have an update newsletter coming out soon with much more detail, but I wanted to get some sort of update/info out so you all knew how great it was going here!
We are also going to start fasting this friday at sundown until next friday and be praying all week for the French students and praying that when we get back from our Midyear STINT conference (Jan 26-Feb1) we will see how God moved! I am excited to see what God does and hope you can be praying and even fasting with us!
We are fasting from whatever we feel the Holy Spirit is leading us to give up, so I will be giving up all sugar!
I’m so blessed to have all of you following me during this amazing opportunity to take place in this ministry in Paris and appreciate all of your prayers and support!!

God Bless!
My relationship with my mom started off very rough. I was such a difficult and troublesome baby that subsequently the only way my mom could deal with me was by going to God and joining a bible study. Both my parents became Christians around the same time, so I grew up in a Christian home,…
I just wanted to repost this and encourage you to read the other stories on this tumblr and see how God has met so many people. He is so good!
